Refund & Exchange Policy

Anchology Sdn. Bhd. (“Anchology”, “we”, “our” or “us”) values your business and aims to provide accurate product information and reliable service in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia.
This Refund & Exchange Policy explains how we handle refunds or product exchanges from our webstore running on EasyStore platform (the “Site”).
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold on our website are non-refundable once payment is made. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order has been confirmed or shipped.
This is in line with Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, which allows us to set clear terms for refunds and exchanges, provided they are communicated before purchase.
2. Exchange for Wrong Vehicle Model or Variant
If you have purchased a product for the wrong vehicle model or variant, we understand that mistakes can happen. You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
The exchange must be for the same product type, but for a different vehicle model or variant.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The original product must be unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the incorrect item and shipping the new replacement.
Any price difference (if any) between the original and replacement item must be paid before shipment.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
Note: We do not offer monetary refunds for incorrect purchases — only exchanges for compatible variants.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order details and clear photos of the defect.
Once verified, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
Replacement of the defective item, or
Repair (where applicable)
This process aligns with Part V of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, which provides remedies for goods that are defective or not of acceptable quality.
4. Product Accuracy & Compatibility
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
However, it remains the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the product fits their specific vehicle model before completing the purchase.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our Site with a new “Last Updated” date.
